A Little About Us
We were founded eight years ago by two senior industry specialists, Janet Moorfield and Terry Rout, who came together based on our philosophy of "Advice you can Trust". We have since grown by paying attention to our clients. They have responded by asking for increasingly more advanced advice and valuations in all fields of real estate from portfolio evaluation to contaminated land assessment. We have been an expert witness in the courts for the government. We are a bilingual firm and work nationwide.
Our Services
We have recently provided an IFRS valuation for a national multi-billion dollar portfolio in additional to the many stand alone appraisals. This wide experience has enabled Janterra to develop a national historical database. Our long term perspective allows Janterra to spot trends, identify risk and better gauge the future. It gives us and our clients the critical element of "context".
