Janet Moorfield AACI and Terry Rout AACI have been members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada since 1984 and 1988, respectively, providing in-depth research, investigation, and specialized reporting that clients can trust and incorporate into their investment and portfolio decision-making. Janterra is on the appraisal roster for Metrolinx as we are experts in temporary constructions and surface and subsurface (strata) easements.

Janterra maintains an extensive database of historic land and building sales, rental rates, absorption, and vacancy rates, with many other real estate metrics used for commercial real estate.
